export bugs fixed, now csv is default filetype and chosen filelocation is being used and select all function implemented although selection is not shown yet

if number input creates ValueError a Messagebox gets opened to tell about the wrong input

renamed main application and view, as well as changed table and buttons into their own init functions initTable and initButtons

Changes class name of Programm1 (TableEditor app) to TableEditor
Added type hinting for all functions requiring input and/or have a return,
Changed and added some docstrings for more detailed information about the methods.

Index of Table and Index of Dataframe should is now synchronized if removed.

Just some random functions, methods, classes to work with

added additional timing option to see runtimes of several functions and fixed a small bug with the Select All Btn
